  1. Membership of SISBAA officially begins upon receipt of payment of the Life Membership Fee.
  2. Every member is entitled to the prevailing benefits in accordance with each participating merchant (programme partner).
  3. Featured partner/merchant is a participating provider of goods and services including retailers, leisure and lifestyle service providers, hotels and/or any organisation that SISBAA signs up to its programme.
  4. Programme partners will change from time to time. The valid list of our programme partners is communicated through SISBAA eNewsletter and is also featured on the SISBAA website.
  5. The terms and conditions of our programme partners are subject to change at any time and dependent on the specific agreement with each provider.
  6. Members may be required to provide documentation as proof of identity in order to claim the benefit from the featured partner/merchant.
  7. SISBAA does not accept any liability whatsoever in respect of any loss, injury, delay or damage arising out of or in connection with the SISBAA membership programme.
  8. The privacy of each member is protected and personal information will not be disclosed to any featured partner without direct authorisation from alumni.
  9. SISBAA membership cards are not transferable. The membership card may only be used by the cardholder.
  10. Members may change their name at any time by submitting a notice in writing and with supporting documentation to SISBAA. Contact details can also be changed online.
  11. Lost, stolen or damaged membership cards must be reported to SISBAA. The card will be replaced as soon as possible.
